By accessing and placing an order with SkafTech, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and SkafTech.
SkafTech provides specialized software development, IT consulting, and AI integration services. We commit to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. The scope of each project is defined in the registered Service Level Agreement (SLA) or individual Proposal. Any feature or requirement outside the agreed scope will be considered a Change Request.
Unless otherwise agreed, projects are billed in milestones (e.g., Deposit, Alpha Release, Beta Release, Final Launch). Invoices are payable within 14 days. SkafTech reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
We provide a standard 3-month warranty period for bug fixes post-launch defined in the contract. SkafTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our software.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Dortmund, Germany.
